1. What time to expect for the delivery to execute?
Between 11am to 6pm daily, except Public Holidays.
2. Can I place a scheduled order?
Yes, You can always specify your requirements in the comments section when placing the order. We will review and try our best to fulfill, else, we will contact you for alternatives. Hence, your valid contact information is very important.
3. Can I do a short notification order?
Yes, we accept order until the 6pm the day before the delivery date. For example, if you place an order on Monday 6pm, we can deliver it for you on Tuesday.
4. What if the fruits is found to be rotten?
Our fairies are usually very detailed in selecting the best fruit to be put into the box. However, if one of them doze off, we are really sorry, please excuse them, they works really hard everyday.
We will always appreciate your feedback to us. Please take a photo of the fruits with the box on the same day of delivery and send to us. We will review and contact you personally.
5. Can i cancel the order placed and get refund?
Yes. You can always cancel the order placed, as long as the notice given is 24 hours before the delivery date. Please note that, however, a processing fee of RM5 will be charged.
